You know your products well and the rules or constraints they have and which items should be added based on the selections made by the user.
Some basic training with our Modelbuilder application will allow you to create the Questions and Answers to correctly define the product variations you have; you will assign the rules, dependencies, items and images (if required) in your own time. As you build your products, you can use our spreadsheet templates to help you speed up the process. If you find an area challenging, you can check a manual, look at a video, or call us to assist you or schedule some more training.
Once you are ready to go, simply make the products active and your Sales Team or Customers can create their own quotes and orders, knowing that they will be accurate and can be built error free.

We can help solve issues where you can’t figure out how to capture particular complexities in your products; this can take the form of cooperative work sessions to build models and use some more sophisticated techniques to achieve what you need. Sometimes we will build one or all of the product models you need either because a project deadline is looming or you just don’t have the time get it all done quickly.

Turnkey
We always encourage our customers to build and manage their own products, but we have learned that sometimes that is just not a practical option; when your team is too busy with other priorities to build your products, you lack the right person or you have an aggressive timeline for implementation, we can help by building your products in the software and delivering those as a turnkey project that gets you up and runnning.
We will work with you to understand your requirements, then share what we will do to deliver and satisfy that requirement in a timely manner, together with an outline of the costs associated. Sometimes additional functionality may be needed to deliver your unique requirement, so we will work with you to specify, develop and implement that.
