About CIS

Complete Information Solutions, or CIS as it quickly became abbreviated, are based in Lake Forest, about thirty minutes North of Chicago, Illinois USA. The company was formed by the Co-founders and owners Peter Pacitti and Steve Tomkins in 2009 to offer easy to use, affordable quotation solutions, that are needed to quote the most complex of products. Each partner has specific experience in Manufacturing and selling in multi channels, so understand all the requirements needed to provide and assist a selling/manufacturing organization with robust and powerful tools; Clients use CIS solutions, around the world.

CIS does NOT follow its competitors’ lead, by using offshore developers, we believe in providing our own solutions in an organized and timely manner, from Decision, Design, to Implement.

CIS Configurator

Our main product line CIS Configurator is used my many clients in different industries, all who had a common goal, “To make quoting easy” Some of our clients require specific functionality, that most systems could not provide out of the box, but with CIS’ approach “Anything is possible” we provide the technical know-how and the end solution for the most complicated of requirements. Our solution can be used as a Stand-Alone application or work with your ERP.
